Avrony is made by CodelabIT ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use avrony.com and the Avrony app at app.avrony.com, why, and the choices you have. In short: we collect what we need to run your workspace, we don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google or another provider, we receive your name and email address from them.
- Workspace content: what you and your team put into Avrony, such as clients, contacts, projects, tasks, comments, files, time entries, invoices and payment records.
- Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested and time) kept to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- To provide Avrony: sign you in, store and show your workspace, and send the emails you ask for (invitations, invoices, notifications and reminders).
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To tell you about important changes to the service or these terms.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.
Your workspace content belongs to you
The data in a workspace belongs to the workspace owner. Its members can see it according to their role. We access it only to run and support the service, when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
Cookies
Avrony uses only the cookies it needs to work: one to keep you signed in and one that protects forms against cross-site attacks. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes data for us
- Hosting: Avrony runs on a dedicated server rented from our hosting provider.
- Email: emails are sent from our own mail server at avrony.com.
- Sign-in providers: if you choose "Continue with Google" (or another provider), that provider handles your sign-in under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete a workspace or ask us to close your account, we delete the data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer. Backups are kept for up to 8 weeks and then overwritten.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, the server accepts administrator access only with security keys, and we take verified backups every night.
Your rights
You can see and edit your account details in the app at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to hello@avrony.com. We'll answer within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
